Wheelie University - Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

 

Wheelie University Accepted Payments:

Wheelie University accepts the following payment methods through the website: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Cash payments are accepted for purchases made in person on the day of a class if a spot is available.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Wheelie University does not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation, there are no exceptions to this rule. As an alternative Wheelie University will issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of that class which can be applied towards attending a class at a later date. All prices are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase. 

Credits for missed Wheelie University classes can be used toward any class, providing the class is not sold out during the event you wish to use your credit. A cancellation must be given at least 20 days prior to the class in order to receive a full credit. Cancellations occurring the day of the event including No-Shows will result in forfeit of payment. Please be advised, Wheelie University will not deviate from this policy, please do not ask.

To avoid forfeiture of payment for the class you are unable to attend, as long as notification falls beyond the 20 day cancellation window, students are allowed to transfer the purchased class date to alternative rider. To insure registration of your alternate attendee, you must contact the Wheelie University office 24 hours prior to the class.

"No Show" will result in the full forfeiture of the program price that you paid or a reduction in any credit that you have on account at full retail.

 

Rain Policy:

Wheelie University does not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation due to rain, there are no exceptions. Wheelie University will issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of that class.

Medical Insurance:

Wheelie University, and Ninebark LLC does NOT provide medical insurance. All riders are responsible for providing their own personal medical insurance coverage.

 

Rider Requirements:

We have very specific requirements for rider safety gear. A complete checklist of what gear is provided below:

Helmet: DOT approved Full Face Helmet in ecellent condition

Jacket

Pants

Boots

Gloves

Body Armor

 

General Info/Rules:

All riders are must read and sign the Wheelie University "Release of Liability" waiver on the date of class during morning registration. This waiver simply states that participation in this sport is dangerous and you will not hold, Wheelie University, Ninebark LLC or any other riders liable. All riders must attend the mandatory morning riders meeting. Non-attendees are subject to ejection from the class. All riders are responsible for their own personal medical insurance coverage. Wheelie University, LLC does not provide medical insurance.Reckless riding of any kind is subject to ejection from the class. If you crash, the accident will be evaluated and may result in ejection from the day's class without a refund. All safety gear must be inspected by a Wheelie University employee prior to participating in the class.If an unregistered rider is found riding a class bike, both the registered and unregistered riders will be ejected from the day's class and banned from Wheelie University for the remainder of the year. Alcohol consumption and illegal substances are prohibited at any Wheelie University class. Wheelie University reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual. Riders ejected from any Wheelie University class forfeit all payments/credits for that day.

 

Credit Reschedule, Credit & Cancellation Rules:

Wheelie University does not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation that is out of our control including weather, natural disaster, facility closure or any other unforeseen circumstance, there are no exceptions. Wheelie University will issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of that class.

Below you will find the Wheelie University policy regarding personal information a student may be asked to provide when using our online resources. Wheelie University abides by the following privacy guidelines.

Wheelie University consider personal information to be all information specific to you that you may provide in filling out our registration forms. This includes personal data, e-mail address and e-mail correspondence.

Wheelie University will handle all such information with the strictest possible levels of confidentiality. Wheelie University will only request information necessary to register for a class and or pay for the class. Wheelie University will only allow a limited number of authorized, trained staff access to personal information you provide.

On occasion, Wheelie University may share customer information with third parties where it is necessary to conduct legitimate business operations activities (Pay Pal, Credit Card Verification Systems). If Wheelie University will require our affiliates to adhere to our privacy policy and require them to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of our customers. If after providing your email address or other information, you want to have your name removed send us an email to info@wheelieuniversity.com and type UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

If you send us e-mail, Wheelie University will retain the content of your e-mail and your e-mail address for the purpose of responding to your messages. If it should ever become necessary for us to use outside vendors to perform analysis or maintenance on our Web site, Wheelie University will require them to adhere to our privacy policy. Wheelie University will review our privacy policy on an ongoing basis and make adjustments as needed to protect your personal information.
